Senior Chef
Relocate to Northern Sweden

We are looking for experienced chefs who want to continue cooking at a high level while building a more balanced life outside the kitchen.

This role is for chefs who have spent years in demanding restaurant environments - perhaps in London, Copenhagen, or other large cities - and who are now looking for something different.

Not less ambition, but a better rhythm. Not less quality, but a more sustainable way of working.

Bryggargatan is a modern brasserie with strong French, Asian and Nordic influences, rooted in seasonal ingredients, craftsmanship, and hospitality.

Life in northern Sweden offers something many chefs find increasingly hard to access in larger cities - space, calm, and time.

In Skellefteå, the commute to work is short. Many people walk or cycle. The pace outside the restaurant is slower. In winter, the northern lights appear overhead. In summer, the evenings stretch on in endless daylight. We believe it should be possible to be serious about food and still have a life beyond service.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for senior chefs with solid professional experience, strong technical skills, and a calm, team-oriented approach to service.

You should be confident in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in your craft, and be ready to contribute experience, stability, and leadership to the team.
